The Receptionist/Cashier at Tiremaster Ltd will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the front desk, and handling financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Balance cash registers and prepare daily reports.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
