As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing first-class post-sales support. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements and elevate the overall customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support
Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
Provide accurate information regarding aftersales care (training will be provided).
Maintain a courteous, problem-solving approach while managing customer cases efficiently from start to finish.
2. Issue Resolution
Identify and resolve customer concerns swiftly, ensuring a seamless resolution process.
Work closely with internal departments to address service-related challenges.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions while adhering to data protection policies.
3. Customer Satisfaction
Monitor and assess customer satisfaction, implementing proactive measures to enhance the experience.
Suggest and contribute to process improvements that streamline operations and improve service quality.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong formal email writing skills (Zendesk experience is a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
  • Active listening and strong communication skills
  • Well-organised, reliable, and professional with great work ethics
  • Customer-centric and results-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum: HSC or equivalent experience
  • Strong typing and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or call center operations is an advantage
  • Additional marketing and administrative skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 11:15 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: Half-day (on rotation, once every 4 weeks)
