We are seeking skilled and motivated  Network & Security Engineers to join our client's  team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, with hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting security technologies from leading vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco.

Responsibilities:

• Handle tickets related to incidents, changes, problems, releases, and information at Level 2.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for Level 3 issues.
• Organize and manage crisis meetings, providing necessary reports and minutes.
• Offer technical advice and organizational support to customers on security solutions and cyber defense.
• Organize and lead operating committees and project monitoring meetings as needed.
• Assist the commercial team with new proposals.
• Participate in the integration or evolution of solutions, either with project teams or independently.
• Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with contractual commitments and procedures.
• Guarantee the proper functioning of services and customer requests as per contract conditions.
• Propose and organize additional services.
• Coordinate and participate in periodic operating committees.
• Write reports and organize improvement actions.
• Conduct knowledge transfer following customer environment changes to operational teams, particularly Level 1.
• Organize skills development for the Level 1 customer environment.
• Implement associated procedures.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, with relevant certifications in security.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT role, focusing primarily on large accounts in infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• ITIL V3 Foundation (optional)
• CCNA, CCNP,NSE4 +,PCNSA, (optional),ZCCA-IA
• Microsoft Certifications (optional)

Technical Expertise:

• Strong technical knowledge in security domains, including authentication, firewalls, IPS/IDS, antivirus, and SIEM.
• Proficiency with major security vendors and technologies, such as Fortinet, Checkpoint, McAfee, Juniper, Cisco, and Cloud Security.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
