We seek an experienced SMB Sales Representative to drive regional market growth, deliver customized security solutions, and manage end-to-end project execution.
Position Responsibilities
1. Market Development & Project Management
Identify regional customer needs, analyze market trends, and uncover potential business opportunities.
Develop sales strategies and drive project implementation by coordinating internal/external resources.
Oversee the entire bidding process, contract execution, and payment collection to ensure target achievement.
2. Solution & Technical Support
Deliver customized product solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and resolve technical inquiries.
Deeply understand customer requirements and provide actionable feedback to optimize product offerings.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales support.
3. Key Competencies
Proven ability to independently develop regional markets.
Strong cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration skills.
Capable of efficiently executing ad-hoc assignments.
Willing to undertake frequent business travel to surrounding island countries.
