In Mauritius since 1997, Globalcom Co Ltd, is expanding its team and is looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional for the post of Customer Service Assistant / Secretary.

Working Hours:Β Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:00) and on Saturdays (8:00 - 12:30)

As part of our Customer Service Department, your main duties will include:
1οΈβ£ Handling inquiries in both French and English with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring timely responses.
2οΈβ£ Preparing a variety of documents, including correspondence, contracts, reports, memos, minutes of meetings, etc.
3οΈβ£ Preparing quotations, responding to tenders, and providing administrative support across all departments.
4οΈβ£ Coordinating with technical teams for planning, project deployment, and preparation of technical reports (Commissioning sheets, O&M Manuals, etc.).
β Fluency in spoken French is a must β clear, articulate, and confident communication is essential.
β Strong command of written and spoken French and English.
β SC holder with excellent results in French & English.
β At least 2 years of experience in customer service, secretarial, or administrative roles.
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office tools.
β Well-presented, professional, and able to handle interactions with tact.
β Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
β Must reside in the Upper Plaines-Wilhems region.
