Our client is recruiting a Processing Officer – Specialty Risks
Responsibilities
- Review of underwriting information and instructions
- Process data in the system
- Prepare, verify and submit policy documents
- Verify reinsurance documents to ensure back-to-back with policy documents
- Deal with fronting accounts including administration and processing
- Ensure adequate filing is done for proper records
- Provide technical guidance to team members and assistance to internal customers
- Assist in process and system improvement
- Comply with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) as per Target Matrix of Documentation and Policy Processing (DPP)
- Perform any other cognate duties which may arise and aligned to business requirements
Profile
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
- Progress towards Professional Insurance Qualification (ACII UK) would constitute an advantage
- Should have at least 1 year working experience in the Insurance sector
- Be fully conversant with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Have a keen eye for details
- Be proactive, dynamic and results-oriented
- Be an excellent team player
- Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
