We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Storekeeper to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of stock, ensuring stock cards and listings are up to date and accurate.
- Conduct regular stock audits by manually counting and checking stock cards.
- Coordinate stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory is available.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, count/weight items, and issue Goods Received Notes.
- Verify customer invoices against quotations.
- Track and follow up on purchase orders from shops and external clients.
- Issue invoices as required and ensure the price list is current.
- Oversee driver movements and plan delivery logistics.
- Set up and maintain proper filing and archiving systems for store documents.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods when needed.
- Perform any other relevant duties assigned by management.
Qualifications/Skills required:
- Minimum qualification HSC.
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
- Computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook.
