Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Signature process and document filing
- Filing of documents as per standard
- Typing & Formatting of documents required to help the team to attend to any typing and formatting of documents and which may include
- Helping in the preparation of Board packs
- He/ She is required to help in the preparation of Board Packs, both electronic and physical
- He/ She shall be responsible for collating the Board pack
- Printing, Scanning and Photocopying of documents
- He/ She is required to assist in the Printing, Scanning and Photocopying of documents
- Certified true copies of documents
- He/ She is required to assist for request of CTC of documents internally
- Binding of documents
- He/ She will be responsible for binding as may be required
- Other related works
Qualifications and Key competencies:
- Minimum HSC
- At least two years’ previous secretarial experience
- Accustomed to working under pressure for a demanding team
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Polite telephone manner
- Good written and spoken English
- Team player
- Extremely organized
- Flexible
- Committed to quality and accuracy
