To effect proper site/project management and ensure timely completion of works within cost, quality, and safety parameters. Specialized in fit out work.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production on site, including manpower planning, materials procurement planning, and day-to-day running
- Communicate, monitor and coordinate works with main contractor, architect, consultants, and clients’ representatives by attending site meetings and taking necessary follow-up actions
- Monitor shop and as built drawings
- Manage projects with respect to budget (allowable), technical & client specifications, and deadlines
- Develop & administer quality control procedures
- Prepare technical report based on site occurrence and advise Client / Consultant when required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in management of large interiors and fit out projects
- Fully conversant with MS Project software and Microsoft Office tools
- Additional qualifications in Project Management would be an advantage
Other Requisites:
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work odd hours
