Your Key ResponsibilitiesπŸ”Ή

🎯Payroll & Benefits Management

  • Oversee and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with Mauritian regulations (NPF, PRGF, PAYE, etc.).
  • Implement payroll KPI dashboards.
  • Manage employee medical insurance and pension plans.

πŸ“‘Tax & Social Declarations

  • Ensure compliance with tax and social obligations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual declarations to authorities.

πŸ‘₯HR Administration & Expatriate Management

  • Supervise employee records, contracts, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure proper monitoring of absences and leave.
  • Manage administrative formalities for expatriates and facilitate their integration.

πŸš€Team Leadership

  • Lead and support the payroll and HR administration team.
  • Ensure data accuracy and continuous process improvement.

What We’re Looking ForπŸ”

πŸŽ“Education:Bachelor's to Master’s degree in HRM, Business Management, or Accounting.

πŸ“ŒExperience:At least 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the construction sector.

πŸ’‘Key Skills:

  • Strong expertise in payroll and HR software (Sicorax, HR Access, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of Mauritian labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
