Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice on tech solutions.
  • Handle indoor sales operations, including product demonstrations and order processing.
  • Support the sales team in administrative tasks such as invoicing, follow-ups, and maintaining customer records.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product offerings.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Manage after-sales support and assist with basic troubleshooting.
  • Ensure proper product display and stock management in-store.

Requirements:

  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
  • Hardworking, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of IT products and services is a plus.
