Qualifications required:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Candidates studying for professional qualifications (e.g. ICSA) will be given preference.
Skills and Experience required:
- Fund Administration Experience – Minimum 2-3 years in fund services within a global services or management company.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal skills are essential.
- Client-Focused & Organized – Ability to manage client relationships effectively while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Player – A collaborative approach with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Job Description:
- Client Portfolio Management – Oversee and manage fund administration services for a diverse range of fund structures.
- Investor Onboarding & Compliance – Review investor subscription packages, conduct KYC/AML checks, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Investor Services – Manage day-to-day investor relations, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Billing & Cash Collection – Take ownership of your portfolio’s billing and debtor processes, minimizing write-offs.
- Records & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of client structures and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Client Liaison & Meetings – Act as a key contact for clients, attending meetings and preparing relevant materials when required.
- Regulatory & Risk Compliance – Ensure adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal risk management policies.
- Team Collaboration & Process Adherence – Work closely with internal teams, following best practices and maintaining high service standards.
- Continuous Improvement – Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance client service delivery.
