MISSION & CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Mission

1. Responsible for acquiring talent in the marketplace.
2. Support Human Resources recruitment activities within EcoVadis group.

Core Responsibilities

1. Source, identify, develop and nurture internal and external talent pipelines.
2. Build relationships and networks across key professional groups, industry contacts and employees.
Create job description.
3. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
4. Direct sourcing of candidates, screening of resumes, performing phone interviews with candidates, performing reference and background checks; and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
5. Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
6. Serve as a liaison with recruitment agencies, universities and industry associations.
7. Provide timely and analytical reports on recruitment activity to management.
8. Administrative duties and record keeping.
9. Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum 2 years working experience in the recruitment field, candidate sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding.
2. Significant experience in sourcing of candidates at international level is a must.
3. Holder of a degree in HR / Business Administration / Management would be preferred, but applicants with other backgrounds will be considered
4. Fluent in English and French
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Outstanding interpersonal skills and professional presence.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
8.International exposure
9. Strong PC proficiency (database search technologies, tracking system, professional networks).
10. Analytical skills
11. Excellent organizational skills, multitasking
