LEGIS and Partners Ltd

Founded in 2000, LEGIS and Partners Ltd (“Legis”) is a boutique legal and tax service provider structured as a law firm under the Law Practitioners Act since January 2019.

Through its close ties with France, Legis has developed a niche clientèle of French and francophone entrepreneurs, established companies, DFIs, banks and other businesses which it accompanies in their ventures in Mauritius, the region and Africa.

During the last 20 years, Legis has also built a dynamic network of international laws firms through which it has developed and sharpened its practice in cross border transactions in the field of M&A, securitization, project finance, PPP and Investment funds.

In 2018, the partners of Legis acquired stake in Lexel Juridique & Fiscal (“Lexel”), the leading business law and tax firm in Madagascar.
