The ideal candidate must excel in working on conventional structures, with a particular focus on modular construction concepts utilising Wood and Steel structures. They must be capable of accurately quantifying the necessary materials for each project and possess solid experience in structural calculation and project execution.

🕐 Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Remote Work

✅ R Responsibilities: 

• Modular Construction Concept Sales: Promote and sell innovative modular construction solutions.
• Site Supervision: Oversee and coordinate activities on-site, ensuring projects are carried out according to plans and within specified deadlines.
• Material Quantification: Assess and quantify materials required for construction projects, ensuring efficient resource management.
• Structural Calculation & Execution: Perform precise structural calculations and ensure execution adheres to quality and safety standards.
• Independence and Initiative: Work independently, taking initiatives to solve problems and improve construction processes.
• Remote Work: Flexibility to work remotely as per project and organisational needs.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Confirmed experience and in-depth knowledge in the building industry.
• Ability to learn new structural and drafting software.
• Prepare calculation notes, execution plans, proficiency in EXCEL, CAD, ROBOT, REVIT, or equivalent, technical document writing.
• Ability to take initiatives and work independently.
• Association QS certification or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.
