As our Videographer, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with our goals and values. From internal communications to external messaging, you will lay a pivotal role in shaping our narrative and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. As an integral part of our dynamic communication team, you will collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure that the set communication objectives are met.

Reporting to Communication Lead

•Plans and executes video shoots for various purposes including internal training videos, product/services launches, internal communication, employee engagement and social media content.

•Set up and operate video camera and all related accessories such as lightning and audio devices to ensure high quality.

•Develop storyboards and shot lists to guide the production process.

•Edit raw footage to create profesional high quality videos.

•Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics to enhance the visual appeal of videos

•Ensure all videos contents are aligned with the brand guidelines

•Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful visual concepts for videos.

•Continuously discovers and implements new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

•Proper management of folders for each project

•Maintains equipments inventory

Key Performance Indicators:

• Engagement rate
• Completion of projects within set timeline
• Customer satisfaction level

Qualifications & Certifications: 

• Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Arts or any other related equivalent qualification

Experience

•Minimum 2 years work experience.

Skills & Attributes          

•Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut

•Creative mind with storytelling skills

•Attention to details

•Proactive and result oriented

•Ability to work under pressure

•Good relational skills, team spirit and open-minded approach
