Reporting to the Training Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly to provide a support for the Training Academy.

 

Key Responsibilities

•Perform Training Needs Analysis as per departmental needs
•Ensure registration of training institution and training courses with MQA/HRDC/concerned institutions and adhere with all procedures, including refund application processes
•Assist Training Manager in the development and implementation of partnerships with registered trainers and training institutions (local and overseas)
•Assist Training Manager in strategy development and implementation for the Training Academy
•Market training courses of Training Academy to clients
•Communicate and manage Training Academy’s activities on applicable social media and networking platforms
•Assist Training Manager to prepare training calendar and follow up for successful implementation
•Assist Training Manager in the development of training programmes
•Assist Training Manager to evaluate effectiveness of training programs and competency of trainees
•Collaborate to disseminate and implement group projects

Qualifications & Experience

•Degree holder in Human Resource/ Learning & Development/ Business Management
•Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position
•Experience in training activity  preferably in construction would be an advantage

Other Requisites

•Able to plan, organise, prioritise and pay attention to details
•Capacity to work independently and autonomously as well as in collaborative work setting
•Able to build and nurture client relationship
•Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
