RESPONSIBILITIES: - Handling of Opportunities for improvements (e.g. customer complaints) - Follow up of customer satisfaction survey - Review of instructions on SharePoint - Control of documents and records - Provide support on projects
QUALIFICATIONS: - 3rd year or completed a degree in Management or any quality related course
