Temporary Accounts Officer (4 to 5 months)

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the agro-chemical sector, is looking for a Temporary Accounts Officer (4 to 5 months).

Our client, in the agro-chemical sector, is looking for a Temporary Accounts Officer (4 to 5 months).

The successful candidate will be responsible to assist in the preparation of monthly accounts.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly / quarterly summary analysis and statistics related to financial aspect.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Inter Company Reconciliation.
• Updating FAR and processing depreciation for the month.
• VAT / TDS preparation.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Process entries in accounting systems (Cash Book / Supplier Invoices etc.)

Qualification:

• Higher School Certificate with Accounting.
• Diploma in Accounting/Finance would be an advantage.
• Working experience in financial and accounting environment required.

Candidate Profile:

• Computer literacy including with strong excel knowledge is a must.
• Fluent both in English and French.
• Respect deadline for monthly closing.
