Technical Instructor (ABC Coach Works Ltd)

We are searching for a Technical Instructor who will be responsible for the preparation, coordination, delivery and evaluation of technical training for our employees.

Qualification & Knowledge

• Diploma or Degree in Motor Vehicle or in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 2 - 4 years of technical training experience within the automobile industry is required for this position
• Well versed in IT and MS Office systems
• A valid car driving licence
• MQA Approved Trainer would be a plus

 Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver technical training to the workshop technicians and staff
• Conduct technical assessments and compiling progress reports
• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
• Prepare training materials
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs
• Ability to interpret and explain technical specifications of motor vehicles and parts
