At Tropical Consulting Ltd, we are looking for an experienced, highly energetic, and competitive
VIP Sales Executive/ Shift Leader to help us build and scale up our business activities. You are
expected to lead by example.
We will provide you with only identified customers. Our promise!
Your job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Take charge of managing high value customer portfolio assignments, ensuring optimal
resource allocation.
• Serve as a supportive figure within the Customer Service/VIP team, assisting with their
daily tasks and providing guidance whenever required.
• Conduct thorough reviews of the team's work to uphold quality standards and ensure
alignment with organizational objectives.
• Act as a liaison between team members and management, facilitating smooth
communication and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Play a proactive role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to
enhance overall team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Closing sales, upselling, nurturing relationships with new and current customers, and
ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team
members.
• Implement strategies to improve team productivity and achieve sales targets.
You have excellent communication skills, do not shy away from reaching out to customers, and
know the art of effectively demonstrating services and products through email, phone, and live
chat.
In short, you will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our
company’s rapid and sustainable growth.


What will you bring
– HSC with a minimum of five years of experience in customer support and sales management.
Graduate degree holders are preferred.
– Fluency in French and English is a must! Experience in the gaming/casino industry is a
plus but not mandatory.

- Attention to details
- Ability to hear and resolve customer complaints
– Negotiation and problem-solving Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Work Hours and Benefits
- You will work on rotating shifts – Two weeks from 8 am to 5 pm and two weeks from 5 pm to 2
am. The office is open seven days a week
- You will be required to work for 9 hours a day, five days a week.
- Competitive salary. Monthly performance-based bonus, if you qualify. Annual bonus.
- Tea, Coffee, and fruits and snack – all day long
