Rogers Capital Management Services Ltd is looking for Talent Acquisition Lead who will manage full life-cycle recruitment and onboarding process.
Your Role
- Work with Human Resource Business Partner’s, internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
- Design and implement hiring process according to business needs and best practices.
- Provide consultation & training to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on the best practices and sourcing trends.
- Prepare reports on hiring performance to key stakeholders
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
- Identify and actively participate in external eminence activities to build the Rogers Capital brand
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager's interactions, and other recruiting activities.
- Update trackers appropriately for search tracking and reporting purposes
Your Profile
- At least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in HR or related fields
- Able to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- At least 3 years of experience in Finance and Technology sector.
- Well versed with social media & other professional networks.
- Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter, in a dynamic and evolving work culture
