MyJob is looking for one of his client a Support Technical Cisco CCNA
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Level 2 Support: analysis, anomaly handling, incident resolution, follow-up and closing
• Identify and map out the functional improvements requested by users
• Diagnose and correct malfunctions reported by users
• Integrate new components while respecting pre-defined norms and standards
• Ensure preventative maintenance
• Develop and install updates
• Create technical documents (technical architecture file, technical and functional specifications) Collection of technical and functional data
• Install and configure Cisco solution: validation of prerequisites, installation of Cisco on the servers, technical configuration (recovery of information on the server, the architecture,...)
• Configure the functions (creation of the organisations, roles, users; assignment of access rights and connection tests)
• Train the client (preparation of the training materials, training of technical administrators and users (supervisors), creation of an installation and exploitation manual)
• Establish technical and functional acceptance for the implemented applications (Tests followed by validation of the proper functioning of the solution)
• Production launch
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Minimum CCNA
- At least 3 years of experience at a similar post
- Good communication skills
