We have the following vacancies for our Warehouse / Logistics ans Production Unit

POST No.1 - STOREKEEPER

RESPONISBILITIES :

Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation
Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations of the store
Ensure security, maintenance and control of the store
Handle all related administrative and operational tasks related to stock - entries on the system, transfers etc.
Ensure that inventories are held and managed effectively together; reports and investigates any discrepancies
Carry out daily cycle count and annual stock take as per set timeframes and internal procedures
Verify and approve invoices during dispatch at all times
Ensure zero discrepancies (short/over) during reception and deliveries
Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

POST No.2 - STORE ATTENDANTS/ STORE CLERK

Assist in daily store operations - picking list, shelving of products, product stacking and verification
Process necessary information on the ERP system
Assist in Return store for tracking return items / update on system
Requirement - At least 2 years as Store Attendant / Clerk

POST No.3 - HELPERS

Assist and provide support either in the Warehouse, Production or Lorries for delivery
Willing to work at odd hours and during week-ends as per business exigencies (paid overtime)
Abide by instructions given
Honest and trustworthy
