Storekeeper

Fairstone Ltd, subsidiary of the Evaco Group is looking for a Storekeeper to join its team.

Main duties and responsibilities

Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
Ensure store requisition paper from supervisors to deliver materials.
Manage stock take in both manually and excel sheet for easy tracking of materials.
Ensure that the quantity of materials are available for each type of villa to prevent excess materials usage and advise supervisors.
Ensure tools and equipment’s are return as it was and report if equipment’s are damaged.
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and make sure to return wrong materials delivered to the supplier.
Liaise with supplier for wrong materials delivered.
Prepare appropriate documents for materials out.
Perform and submit monthly softcopy of stocktake.
Re-arrange store to accommodate more materials.
Keep records of purchase order, receipts received from supplier and petty cash.
Manage broken and lost tools and report to supervisor.
Prepare list of damage materials and replacement materials
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Ensure proper book-keeping and inventory
Ensure that all goods delivered in Store are maintained in good conditions
Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications and experiences
