The Stock Audit Clerk will form part of our Finance Team for the inventory in our companies and outlets, including the warehouse. The potential selected candidate should be detailed oriented, have a good communication skills, and accurate.

 

Below is a list of the main duties and responsibilities:-

  • To carry full stock takes at branch.
  • To ensure stock management procedure is followed.
  • Highlight areas for improvement.
  • To prepare stock reconciliation report.
  • Work out stock variances and report over variances without Explanation.
  • To follow / work out comments with branches.
  • Prepare final report for adjustment.
  • Filling of stock count documents.
  • Highlight to Branches - No. of DNs pending & pending transactions.
  • Provide support to branches –such as stock movement report.
Qualifications:
  • HSC
  • Certificates - ACCA level 1 will be advantage
  • Microsoft skills - Excel (count), words,
