To set and maintain the Sands Spa Standards and in providing a unique product to the members and guests through the team. Also includes creating a successful team of individuals who are instrumental in increasing the number of members through excellent service and leadership skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish the Spa’s financial business plans for the year in liaison with the Cluster General Manager and the Accountant concerning monthly revenue and expenditures.
- Ensure the department’s operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled.
- Maintain and preserve the Spa’s vision and mission.
- Ensure all spa employees have a complete understanding and adherence to Spa’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure all spa employees adhere to the established standards of hygiene and grooming.
- Conduct daily briefings and monthly operational meetings for entire spa team.
- Coach and support all spa employees.
- Monthly goal setting and actively making all departments a part of the goal.
- Creating a plan based on the monthly goals and sharing the results/feedback with the staff on a weekly basis.
- Identify and plan training needs in liaison with the HR Manager.
- Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of the Spa
- Formulate policies and procedures for improving the performance and operations of the Spa in liaison with the GM.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation, cleanliness and maintenance of the Spa and gym equipment.
- Ensure the entire Spa is operated to international standards, especially in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.
