Duties & Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Ensure a hygienic and comfortable environment for guests
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire facility, including reception, treatment rooms, changing rooms, showers and relaxation area.
• Manage all spa “ back of house” duties.
• Removes dirty towels in guest area and take to laundry for washing and bring back clean towel.
• Uses of time effectively throughout the shift by checking equipment, stoking and cleaning of locker rooms, stoking and cleaning retail shelves.
• Check in guests, give spa tours and assist guest with steam and sauna facility.
• Liaise with spa therapist for preparation of treatment rooms, including sanitation of all equipment stoking of supplies in treatment room.
• Positive attitude, service passion and attention to detail.
• Carrying out any additional duties as requested by management.
• Can cover front desk schedule, when trained and necessary.
