Solutions Architect

To support the existing Solutions Architect team

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage clients’ end to end projects/portfolios  
• Implement and commission Enterprise Services as per the agreed Scope of Work by client
• Implement Security Solutions to customers
• Provide technical support to customers and own the Incident management process
• Coordinate with contractors and manage their schedule to plan installation and commissioning of Enterprise Services
• Control on installation and commissioning plan and provide visibility to the commercial team
• Assist the team in Solution Design and ensure commissioning reports are submitted
• Operationalise new products and services
• Assist commercial team in collecting customers’ technical requirement
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs, RFQs and RFPs
• Ensure all provided services and processes are in alignment with the agreed service level targets through SLAs
• Ensure faults and incidents on Enterprise Services are resolved as per the agreed SLA
• Work on ticket trend analysis, identify the repeated failures and address the root cause
• Stock Management to ensure stock level is up to date and efficiently manage the ordering, stocking, storing and using of inventory

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering any related field
• CCNA certification or any other applicable vendor’s certifications
• Minimum two-years’ experience with vendor solutions such as Fortinet and Palo Alto
