Software Support Analyst

ABC Motors Co Ltd is looking for a Software Analyst to investigate problems to identify root causes and provide assistance, advice and solutions (Operating system, application malfunctioning) for proper functioning of all software related issues.

• Handle software related requests for assistance
• Troubleshoot software and identify root causes
• Analyse software related issues and proposed required solutions
• Create and run through test plans scenarios based on software requirements
• Fix software problems and test solutions prior implementation
• Document software support activities thoroughly
• Review work log, customer feedback with superiors and act on opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate IT Help Desk Advisors for software related incidents
