Shop Coordinator

CAPFOR Mauritius is currently looking for a dynamic, creative and innovative Shop Coordinator for one of its client.

Our Client:

Our client (a well known international company) is looking for a Shop Coordinator with proven experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Comply by the HSE policies and procedures within the organization;
• Look for the Sales Opportunities with the existing and new customers to sell products and services;
• Define and set up strategic marketing plans as per marketing trends;
• Identify and manage the target budget for each year;
• Develop the rapports with all existing and new customers and channel partners to know their future plan as well as co-ordination to reach the strategic goals;
• Carry out marketing research to assess customer needs and evaluate if profitable opportunities exist;
• Maintain and tidy shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or expired products;
• Improve product appeals and performance as well as managing repeat sales;
• Work on promotional campaigns during special events or as and when required;
• Travel and conduct inspection in the different outlets all over Mauritius;
• Creating value to the product and service;
• Track trends and monitor competition (for example SWOT Analysis);
• Responsible for stock management, merchandising, retailing and inventory.

Your Profile:

• Diploma in Marketing / Management;
• 3 years minimum experience in sales and / or marketing (experience in Merchandising & Retailing will be an asset);
• Good computer skills and well versed with the MS office package;
• Accounting and management concepts;
• Ability to communicate and negotiate;
• Ability to take initiative and be innovative;
• Driving license is compulsory
