Our client, one of the leading companies in the IT & Telecommunication sector is seeking to recruit a Service Now Application Agent.
Your roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer faults on Service Now. When resolution is not possible ensure the fault is passed to the most appropriate group able to resolve.
- Customer Communication: Call handling
- Open, update and close incident and changes tickets
Your Profile:
- Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven knowledge and working ability to develop, implement, test, and troubleshoot complex software applications.
- Experience with development technologies like Java, Javascript, jellyscript,html,css
- Experience with microsoft application development tools including one or more of the following: visual studio, c#, visual basic, microsoft office applications, microsoftSQL server, microsoft SQL reporting and integration services, etc.
- Working hours Flexibility -NOT 24/7
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) - specially French
