The Senior ICT Support Officer provides hands-on support of users and ICT systems as well as managing the operation of a small Service Desk. This role is a mixture of:
• Customer-facing user support.
• Server/cloud/network administration and support.
• Service Desk Management.
• Technical implementation of ICT projects.
Selection Criteria
1. Demonstrated practical experience in:
a) Support of a Windows 10 environment and M 365.
b) Support of Hardware
2. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills including communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
5. Proven ability to work alone and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
6. Ability to research, propose and implement solutions to ICT requirements. Desirable criteria:
Microsoft MCSA. 2. Experience in Microsoft environment. 3. CompTIA A+
