The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and a team of corporate administrators.
- Developing a good working relationship with our clients, our existing team and external parties.
- Developing an understanding of the structures under your portfolio and providing value-added service to them.
- Liaising with key parties such as banks, regulators, investors, etc.
- Attending board / shareholders / clients meetings and drafting/finalising of Minutes.
- Maintaining the statutory books and records of the companies and trusts under your portfolio.
- Conducting necessary due diligence checks on payments / receipts of funds.
- Processing / reviewing of bank receipts and payments.
- Processing of bank receipts and payments.
- Attend to internal reporting, as required in line with the company policy.
- Keep up to date with corporate and regulatory requirement and changes in the laws.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks, carry out duties including projects and delegated responsibilities.
- Any other cognate duties.
