The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

  1. Manage a portfolio of clients and a team of corporate administrators.
  2. Developing a good working relationship with our clients, our existing team and external parties.
  3. Developing an understanding of the structures under your portfolio and providing value-added service to them.
  4. Liaising with key parties such as banks, regulators, investors, etc.
  5. Attending board / shareholders / clients meetings and drafting/finalising of Minutes.
  6. Maintaining the statutory books and records of the companies and trusts under your portfolio.
  7. Conducting necessary due diligence checks on payments / receipts of funds.
  8. Processing / reviewing of bank receipts and payments.
  9. Processing of bank receipts and payments.
  10. Attend to internal reporting, as required in line with the company policy.
  11. Keep up to date with corporate and regulatory requirement and changes in the laws.
  12. Undertake ad-hoc tasks, carry out duties including projects and delegated responsibilities.
  13. Any other cognate duties.
