Security Lead

The selected candidate will have the responsibility to oversee, instructs and coordinates the activities of Security Guards. Monitors and arranges shift activities according to schedule requirements and staff availability.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee and lead security operations across the company
• Identify and implement security initiatives and standards
• Ensure procedures of physical safety of employees, patients and visitors
• Ensure security is maintained and updated
• Create and implement workplace violence awareness and prevention programs
• Manage video surveillance

• Conduct and provide audit report
• Develop and implement risk management processes

What are we looking for?

• School Certificate
• Computer Literate
• 7-10 years’ experience in related field or as police officer
• Valid driving license
• Ability to work on pressure and shift system
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
