We are looking for a talented sales team leader to boost our Proton and Perodua sales team.

 

We are looking for a talented sales team leader to boost our Proton and Perodua sales team.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute management's strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's  reach
  • Constantly monitor sales progress to make sure monthly objectives are met
  • Make sure the customer satisfaction rate of Autonexx remains high to create a strong customer base retention
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Manage sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance 
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
Skills Required:
  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in any related field
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Keen interest in the automotive industry
  • Experience in automotive industry a definite advantage
