We are looking for a talented sales team leader to boost our Proton and Perodua sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute management's strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach
- Constantly monitor sales progress to make sure monthly objectives are met
- Make sure the customer satisfaction rate of Autonexx remains high to create a strong customer base retention
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Manage sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
Skills Required:
- Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Superb leadership ability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Keen interest in the automotive industry
- Experience in automotive industry a definite advantage
