We are looking for a talented Sales & Local Store Marketer to join our team at our Head Office - Bagatelle.
Overview:
As a Sales & Local Store Marketer, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall Sales, Marketing, and local store initiatives. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Store Managers to generate sales, execute marketing campaigns, promote products, and enhance brand visibility both in-store and online.
Main Responsibilies:
Local Store Marketing
- Create and implement sales building programs and work closely with internal team
- Collaborate with Store Managers to identify opportunities for in-store promotions, signage, and customer engagement activities.
- Execute the sales program and instore activations on a timely basis, with clear set targets.
- Brief team members on the planned programs to ensure alignment across all functions (operations, marketing, quality, development)
- Develop a brand checklist and carry out a full brand audit each month and share the observations & scores with the stores, Marketing, and Operations.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales at individual store locations.
- Implement targeted marketing strategies tailored to the demographics and preferences of each store's local community.
- Cycle plan evaluation report to be shared, highlighting, general overview of the business, sales trend performance, and competition feedback.
- Establish relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in creating content linked with sales programs, activations, for digital marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all online platforms.
Marketing Collateral and Materials
- Ensure that support materials i.e. brochures, flyers, posters, are installed/delivered on time in full.
- Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and ensure that all materials are up-to-date and readily available for use in-store.
Event Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materials for events both on-site and off-site.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth within local markets.
- Gather feedback from customers and community members to inform marketing strategies and product development efforts.
Sustainable Development
- Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
- Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
Candidate's Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital marketing tools/platforms is preferred.
- Holder of a valid driving license is a must, & owner of a private vehicle would be an advantage.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and promotions.
