The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of administrative processes within the organization. This position involves responsibilities ranging from invoicing and sales team support to stock management and collaboration with various departments.
List of Duties (Principal Ones) • Brand Promotion: Effectively promote our brands in collaboration with Resellers within the local market. • Client Engagement: Regularly visit clients to monitor and track the performance of our products in the market. • Showroom Presentation: Ensure that all our products are attractively displayed in Reseller showrooms. • Competitor Insights: Collaborate with local partners to gather insights into competitors' offerings, enabling us to align our product pricing for better sales responses. • Stock Management: Guarantee Resellers maintain adequate stock levels to meet market demand. • Online Presence: Regularly assess Resellers' online platforms and social media accounts to evaluate their promotion of our products. • Inventory Optimization: Prevent aging stock and develop strategies to clear outdated inventory (Apply for resellers’ stock as well). • Payment Follow-Up: Maintain thorough follow-up on payments with Resellers. • Communication: Inform Resellers of new offers through various means such as face-to-face meeting, WhatsApp, email, or phone calls. • Product Support: Offer assistance to Resellers regarding product specifications and pricing as needed. • Order Processing: Handle Resellers' purchase orders and coordinate with the logistics team for delivery scheduling and locations. • Documentation: Prepare necessary documents such as RCNs, quotations, and proforma invoices when requested by Resellers. • Pipeline Management: Regularly update the sales pipeline per management's guidelines. • Appointment Calendar: Maintain a daily calendar for customer visits. • Reseller Meetings: Ensure regular meetings with at least four Resellers daily. • Management Reporting: Provide daily reports on Reseller outcomes to the management team. • Participation in Promotions: Participate in promotions organized by Resellers or our company. • Purchase Analysis: Monitor and analyze Resellers' purchases for efficient Reseller management. • After-Sales Support: Collaborate with the Proserv team to address after-sales issues and ensure excellent post-purchase service. • Budget Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed monthly budget targets, including total revenue and gross profit, broken down by brands. • Innovative Processes: Encourage creativity and innovation in our sales processes. • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments, including support services, delivery, after-sales, marketing, and administration. • Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about product and service details, including updates and changes. • Lead Qualification: Research and qualify new leads to expand the customer base. • Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake any other tasks requested by management and/or your direct superior. |
