Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales visit to customers as per sales planning.
  • Handle customer complaints & claims.
  • Achieve monthly sales target.
  • Issue proper weekly/ monthly sales report.
  • Liaise with inter-departments for smooth handling of customers dossiers.
  • Selling and cross-selling of all services of the company.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationship with customers.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualification & Competencies:

  • A Higher School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
  • At least 5 years experience in the Sales/ Marketing in Logistics sector.
  • Experience in Sea & Air Freight is mandatory.
  • Ability to gather market intelligence.
  • Good knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Team player, dynamic, good personality with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
  • Ready to work at odd hours and open to travel overseas.
  • Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
