Rey and Lenferna is looking to recruit a sales Admin which will carry out the administrative duties involved in the procurement and sales of good to overseas offices with the following criteria.
Job Responsibilites:
1. Raise Purchase Orders.
2. Raise Sales Orders as per Purchase Order and Invoice the overseas office(s).
3. Laise with storekeeper for packing.
4. Laise with clearing Officer ( container booking/Groupage).
5. Request for Pro-forma Invoice from supplier.
6. Send stock Order sheet for approval.
7. Negociate best incoterms.
8. Follow up of Original Shipping documents with Supplier.
9. Remit Original docs (BL/AWB,Commercial Invoice, Packing List) to clearing Officer.
10. Keep all parties involved of order status at all times.
11. Any other cognate duties as may be directed by Management.
Qualifications:
1. HSC
2. Certificate in Procurement
3. Minimun 1 year of experience in a simillar position
