Plan, direct, or coordinate activities of a spa facility. Coordinate programs, schedule and direct staff, and oversee financial activities
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Plans, organises and controls Spa operations to provide efficient service to guest and to ensure profitable operation, as per standards set by the Management
•Ensure that the team members are operating as per Management expectations System
• Deliver some training or coaching in spa activities
• Directs and supervises the day-to-day activities
•Establish an effective all round control of the Spa by carrying out regular stock management
•To be available to work at odd hours.
EXPERIENCE
- A min of 3 Years experience in similar position with international exposure
QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE
• HSC level or equivalent and professional training
• Computer literacy including hotel management system such as Opera, Micros, Win HMS or Fidelio
