Job Summary
The SAP IDM analyst will support the configuration, issues analysis and resolution of tickets related to the SAP Identity Management solution (IDM).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the SAP identity management solution particularly regarding access/authorization design and implementation;
- Troubleshoots complex technical problems to resolve SAP IDM issues;
- Interpret and implement new customer requirements into technical solutions to meet business needs on SAP IDM solution;
- Consider the impact of any changes on current solution and develop risk analysis prior to implementation;
- Verify implemented changes (testing) before communication to requestors; communicate and document issue resolutions and change requests
Professional Skills Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science/ Software Engineer and/or Masters in Information Technology or any other related studies
- Good communication skills in French and English
- Working experience in configuring & customizing access management systems
- Experience in programming Java Script and SQL queries
- Strong documentation skills and ability to document all procedures and changes
- Experience in connecting access management systems to identity stores such as Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP
- Experience integrating applications with access management systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues in access management systems
- Solid technical life-cycle management skills
- Understanding of SSO technologies such as SAML
- Good understanding of SAP Business Processes is a plus
