Ekium AMIO Ltd is a growing engineering company based in Mauritius and part of the French EKIUM Group, a world leader in engineering design.

Tasks

• Online candidate research (Linkedin and equivalent) according to specifications
• Contact and follow up with candidates via online chat
• Update of CRM information 
• HR Interview (face-to face and online)

Required

• Very Fluent in French and English
• Strong Experience head hunting 
• Strong experience using LinkedIn or equivalent, CRM 
• Excellent presentation and ability to learn fast
• Great attention to details and organized
• Ability to provide concise and accurate reporting

Preferred

• Experience in IT recruitment (Software development, Azure and AWS Cloud, Devops, IT Architecture, Cyber Security engineering, IT Engineering)
• Experience head hunting in Switzerland and EU markets
• Strong experience in HR interviews
