We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support.

 

Responsibilities:

 Greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.

Assist with sales assistant tasks such as scheduling appointments, filing, and data entry.

Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track inquiries, and maintain accurate records.

Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries.

Maintain knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Requirements:

 Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Sales experience or familiarity with sales processes is advantageous.
