Receptionist
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend and administer efficiently all incoming & outgoing calls through Telephone main Switch Board
- Actively participate in the providing excellent service to the Team Members & visitors
- Welcome visitors courteously and, direct them to the respective appointments
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Procurement and stock management of stationery, materials and other necessary supplies
- Take accurate messages, provide general information, and assist with basic queries of callers
- Assist Administrators team in basic administrative tasks
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls
- Assist with the planning of Drivers/Messengers for all despatches.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher School Certificate
- Certificate in MS Office
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in same position in an offshore sector would be an advantage.

- Good customer skills and positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Computer literate
- Good communication and written skills in English and French.
