The Receptionist/Greeter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all visitors, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in the showroom.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team. 
As the first point of contact for our showroom, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the showroom.
- Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representatives or departments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and processes is a plus.
