Quality Trainee

We are looking for a Trainee to join our team at our Head Office based at Bagatelle.

Main Responsibilities: 

1. Update the existing Veranda Resorts Departmental SOPs:

• Review current SOPs by making necessary updates to reflect current practices

2. Assist in the merging of Veranda Resorts Brand Book in the SOPs:

• Align SOPs with VR brand guidelines
• Incorporate brand elements into SOPs

3. Assist in the creation of the Training Manual:

• Collaborate on creating a comprehensive Training Manual
• Create course content

4. Assist in the standardisation of Veranda Resorts collaterals and other documents:

• Review existing documents for consistency
• Work to standardize formatting and content
