Quality Coordinator - Veranda Resorts

We are looking for a talented Quality Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office based at Bagatelle.

Overview of role:

To assist the Quality Manager – Veranda Resorts in the implementation, maintenance, adherence, and training of Quality & Food Safety Standards in Veranda Resorts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Quality Manager – Veranda Resorts in the setting up and maintenance of a quality & food safety culture in Veranda Resorts
• Coordinate the quality function in several hotels simultaneously
• Implement Veranda Quality & Food Safety Standards and always ensuring adherence to these standards
• Maintain and update the Processes and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the hotels
• Conduct internal quality & food safety audits, under the guidance of Quality Manager – Veranda Resorts
• Produce and share audit reports, Monthly CSI Analytic Reports
• Prepare and communicate list of corrective actions, improvement, and training priorities
• Follow up actions with Heads of Departments and the Hotel Manager
• Produce periodical reports as per request from Quality Manager – Veranda Resorts
• Assist in all quality/efficiency/improvement projects
• Develop training modules and deliver training to team-members on quality related topics
