Quality Control Product Inspector

Perform Quality testing and Inspections as per standard procedures to ensure conformity of manufactured products to customer’s requirements

·       Be familiar/maintain and ensure smooth running of the Product Testing activities as per related procedures. You should also deputize for QM/CQC in all Quality matters and be his nominated representative in the day-to-day functioning of the Quality Management System.

·       Watch for compliance with the Company’s Safety & Health procedures. Respect and implement the Quality Management Systems policies and procedures.

·      Ensure your understanding of the company’s Quality Policy & Objectives in the context of MS ISO 9001-2015. (Discuss with QM for clarifications).

·     Take part in decision-making and follow closely implementation of the instructions (verbal or written) of the Chief Quality Controller with regards to the Quality Management Systems.

·       Follow closely the instructions (verbal or written) of the CQC.

·       Perform lab test (All required test & type test and all applicable incoming in- process testing).

·       Daily checking for correct entry of data in the QCS and PAS from QC/OS in the Navision.

·   Verifying that Quality Controllers are performing their jobs effectively, with respect to the relevant International Standard.

·      Report for any apparatus damage or loss of accessories (like caliper, mean tape, measuring tape, etc.)

·       Ensuring all equipment’s are calibrated.

·       Up-keeping of laboratory and apparatus cleanliness.

·        Share the responsibility of training new recruits with the CQC.

·        Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity.

·        Verify the implementation of solutions.

·         Identify and record any product quality problem.

·   Control further processing, releasing of conforming products, control of non- conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory conditions has been corrected.

·      Secure all documents and equipment’s / machines in case of bad weather (Cyclone and Floor) and fire. Liaise with CQC for this issue.

·       Verify all quality records on the QCS for the product and/or request additional lab tests as when required during final inspection.

·        Observe all safety regulations of the laboratory in particular and organization in general. Report any deviation to your CQC and/or the Safety Officer.

·      Maintain Housekeeping in the Laboratory area to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.

·       Verify all quality records on the QCS for the product and/or request additional lab tests as when required during final inspection.

·    Responsible for the proper maintaining and scheduling timely servicing of all Linx & Laser Printers.
