As a quantity surveyor, your responsibilities focus on helping to estimate costs, material quantities and project timelines.

• Conducting thorough cost analysis and estimation for furniture and fit-out projects
• Evaluating project requirements and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
• Monitoring project budgets and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborating with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Providing expert advice on cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
